Review before enrollment

Before purchasing any service, review the written service agreement, fees, scope, cancellation rights, and refund terms provided for that service. The service agreement controls when it differs from this general website summary, subject to applicable law.

Requests and review

If you believe a billing or service issue requires review, contact info@nationalcreditfix.com or (888) 459-6156 promptly with your name, the service involved, the relevant date, and a description of the issue. We will review requests individually based on the agreement, work performed, educational materials or services already delivered, payment history, and applicable legal requirements.

No automatic website purchase

This public website does not currently collect payment or complete service enrollment. A consultation request does not create a paid account and does not itself trigger a charge.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this summary limits cancellation, refund, or dispute rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Obtain and keep a copy of every agreement and receipt.
