No guaranteed result

National Credit Fix does not guarantee that a credit bureau, creditor, collector, lender, or scoring company will remove or change information. We do not guarantee a specific credit-score increase, approval, interest rate, loan, apartment, job, insurance result, or completion date.

Accurate information

Accurate, timely, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed merely because it is unfavorable. Credit-repair work should focus on information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, obsolete, or unverifiable.

You may act on your own

You have the right to obtain and review credit reports and dispute information yourself. You are not legally required to hire a credit-repair organization to submit a dispute.

Written agreement and cancellation rights

Before enrolling, review the complete written agreement and all required disclosures, including price, services, estimated timing, cancellation rights, and refund terms. Keep copies of all documents and correspondence.

Not legal, tax, or investment advice

National Credit Fix is not a law firm, accounting firm, or investment adviser. Consult a qualified professional when your situation involves bankruptcy, litigation, taxes, investments, identity theft, or other specialized legal or financial questions.
